We often keep silent and act as AFK when other players send a tell to you, however if a GM sends the character a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though.

For the safety of your account, please do not changing your password or logging in your account during the course of power-leveling, which will definitely slow down the leveling progress and may lead to service delay. If you want to check the status of your order, please contact us via live chat. 

In the period of power leveling, if you require termination, you would only be assumed fee of the segment which has been finished. Surplus money will be send back exactly to the amount after the 50% commission charge is deducted.

We only take responsibility of the integrity of the character being leveled but not of any collateral damage or loss to your other character(s). Moreover, you better transfer all of your Wow gold to other account(s). Existing gold in the account would seem more like burden to our power-leveling agents.

We try our best to ensure the integrity and safety of your account. We take your privacy extremely seriously. Do change your account password immediately when the power-leveling is completed. We will not bear any responsibility since the completion email has been sent, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

If your account got banned by accident during the leveling timeframe, you have the duty to find your account back yourself. It’s certain that you can get it back at your insistence. We will offer you some assistance referring how to get it back. But if you still can’t find it back, the only reason for this is your improper registration information for your game account. We can neither redeem for the closure nor refund you the remaining money. We can continue to level for you to the level you ordered to immediately after you get your account back.

If you have placed gold order before from our site for the account you wish to power level but haven’t received any or all of the gold, please inform us before powerleveling. In the case that your character(s) have huge amounts of gold, please transfer those gold to your other account then inform us to get the powerleveling started.
